I ordered this plant in January, but I live in Iowa where the weather is 70 one day and 28 the next during this time. Plantvine sent out an email letting me know that the forecast wasn’t going to be above 40° at night for 4 days in a row and would wait until the weather was more accommodating. I just want to say that I am SO grateful they did this. It shows they truly care about their customers and their plants. So she finally arrived and unboxing my plant(s) was like opening a birthday gift! I was so excited. She was absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait to watch her grow!!!! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and for sending me weekly updates on whether or not the plants could be shipped! I recommend you to all my other plant loving friends. 🪴
