Shipping company smashed the top half of the box but it seems to be alright!

Plant arrived alive and wet even during 100F weather. Still living 5 days later.

Great people to purchase from…very accommodating on my delivery schedule…good communication…our Travellors palm was boxed very well even though minor shipping damage when we received it but I chalk it up to the delivery company not handling correctly…I will be buying from again!…thank you.

I ordered two plants. One was in excellent shape when it arrived. I believe UPS repackaged the other one upside down during shipping. That plant was in really bad shape. I followed the directions regarding damaged plants and received a replacement quickly. I am very pleased with the quality and the service.
