A fully mature and robust plant arrived from PlantVine and was securely packed so it couldn’t shift during shipment. (Some serious thought went into THAT design for sure!) The communtication was also superb, keeping me informed on the processing of my order and included an email detailing specific directions on how to open the shipping box without damaging the plant. A+++ experience!!
