Plant had beautiful leaves but I’m disappointed that one was broken from how it was packaged in the box after waiting 2 months for it to finally ship

I was so please when my plant arrived! It was so beautiful. I have a similar plant for over 20 years and it was stolen out of my home during a Estate Sale and I have been looking for one that looks like the one I had and this one looks just like it! It is healthy, green and beautiful. what I appreciate the most is your concern about the winter and the plant’s being healthy during travelling and not damaged from the cold winter. With that type of consideration you will have a repeat customer…. me! I have already told my daughter about your service and how pleased I am. Thank you! Keep up the committed work!
