The Barbados Cherry brings the birds and the butterflies, and many compliments. The evergreen shrub is a wonderful choice as a dense screening hedge. Native to the West Indies and southern Texas, the Barbados Cherry can grow up to 6 ft. tall. The shrub does best in part shade with well-drained soil.
