Doing well I’ve placed it in an east facing sliding glass window. It has been extremely rainy and cloudy here since receiving it and I will contact you if any problems should arise.

There is a minor hole in one leaf, but I am happy overall with this Plant.

Got something to discuss?

My palm’s growth has been stunted for quite some time now. It is in a well lit spot, I’ve fertilized, it doesn’t seem like the soil or plant has pests. I’m wondering how to help it get unstuck. Any advice is welcome. Maybe a repot? Thanks.

2 years 3 months ago

Hi Ricky, Licuala peltata are very slow growing palms so that can be the reason. Repotting can help which allow more space for the roots that will promote growth. Ensure that it has not become rootbound. Feel free to reach out to us at with any other questions, we will be more than happy to assist!
