Plantvine was great. Easy to buy. No real issues there

Unfortunately, fedex had issues and the plant was rerouted incorrectly. I received plant 4 days later than estimated receipt date with all leaves wilted, but stems look ok so it will probably regrow with a little care

Seems the box was tipped upside down during shipping, it happens. Fantastic customer service as they took care of the problem and are sending a replacement ASAP therefore I cannot really grade the plant but customer service and Plantvines guarantee gets a huge 5.

The plant looked exactly like in the photo. Same size and there were even a few blooms on it.
