I first saw this plant at a friends house but could not find one for myself locally. I worried about ordering a plant that would be shipped but I am glad I didn’t let that stop me. Plantvine monitored the weather in my area and would not ship the plant until they knew it would the appropriate conditions. The plant arrived well packaged and I have not had any problems with it. It’s my favorite plan addition!

Plants arrived quickly, in excellent condition. I wasn’t ready to be responsible for a Ponytail Palm. A quick email asking if she could be saved, told probably not, and just as quickly another plant arrived and is beautiful. Care tips were given and I’m better prepared this time. Everything was great! My only request would be an option to send as a gift. I couldn’t find a way to let my friend know it was a gift and it was from me. She loves the ponytail palm, though! Thanks!
