For damaged orders please include the following photos when making a submission:
- Picture of the entire plant.
- Close up of the damage on the plant.
- If the box is damaged, picture of entire package.
To speed up the process please make sure to submit all the required photos. Once you submit your request, please allow 1 – 2 business days (M-F) for a response.
